OUR HISTORY
JoinOcean Shipbrokers Ltd.（“JoinOcean”) has its origin in JoinOcean Logistics Ltd, which incorporated by founder Mr. Liu Bang Jun (Rockie Liu) in 1996 inHainan,China.
In 2002 JoinOcean has chosen its location in Shanghai, the world shipping and financial center to develop further to expand the brokering business.
In 2010, for building Shanghai into world shipping and financial center, Chinese government has formally approved and certified total nine ship broker companies including JoinOcean to legally operate their ship broker business in China. After obtaining official approval from Chinese government, JoinOcean Shipbroker Ltd was successfully registered inChinaas one of the leading ship brokers in the world.
From its first day of establishment JoinOcean has gradually grown up into one of the leading ship broker companies in China, especially focused on dry bulk chartering business.
